Chinese medicine is a comprehensive system of healthcare that has been practiced for thousands of years in China and other parts of East Asia. It is deeply rooted in ancient Chinese philosophy, including concepts such as Yin and Yang, the Five Elements (Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal, Water), and the flow of vital energy known as Qi (pronounced "chee") throughout the body. The fundamental belief is that the body is an interconnected system, and any imbalance or disruption in the flow of Qi can lead to illness or disease.
Chinese medicine is often used to treat a wide range of conditions, including pain management, digestive issues, respiratory disorders, hormonal imbalances, and stress-related problems.
